Kitten!

A friend sent up a plea on Facebook a few weeks ago. In the middle of a heavy rainstorm, a stray kitten was running in and out of traffic. Being a kind animal loving soul, she scooped it up, saving its life and needed someone to adopt the kitten because her house was full of animals already. Mike and I said sure, we haven’t had a kitten in forever so we added this little girl to our house of four cats. Mike named her Bonnie Bee in honor of his mother who passed in March. She is just as cute in real life as these pictures depict. Purrrrrrrrrrr…………

The weather is warming and the flowers are blooming almost everywhere in Dallas. Tulips are in abundance right now at the Dallas Arboretum and at Texas Tulips.

I am waiting for the roses. I love roses. Anyday now the roses will be blooming. Until then, I made rose patterned critter pillows that bloom all year long. Get yours today and bring some everlasting roses to your home. Available now in my Etsy shop.

Valentine’s Day

The last time I checked in here, Thanksgiving and Christmas were upon us. Then I woke up Thanksgiving with a nasty head cold than merged with allergies and I spent the next month plus mostly in bed and sick, sick, sick.

So now it’s almost Valentine’s Day. I managed to make some special edition catnip snake cat toys so that your cats don’t feel left out come February 14.

Click here to grab one for your felines before they sell out.
