My latest work is currently hanging on the walls of the Baylor Health Sciences Library and will available for viewing there until June 10, 2017. The gallery and library are open to the public and information can be found here regarding location and hours of operation.
I have been a library card holder since second grade and I guess my love of libraries is why I have been fortunate to have my work displayed in libraries. This is my fourth library show. Previously I have had my work shown at the White Rock Hills branch, the Lochwood branch and the Prairie Creek branch of the Dallas Public Library.
Here are some photos of the BHS library with my work. I hope you get a chance to visit.
Crocheted critters awaiting their faces. Soon come….
If you live in Dallas or are lucky enough to be here this weekend, Thursday through Saturday, December 15 to December 17, come to beautiful downtown Dallas and get your last minute holiday shopping done while supporting local artists/businesses like mine. Exactly like mine since I will be there with all my critter creations and I’m very excited. I am one of the lucky vendors at Unbranded, a pop-up retail and event-space showcasing the best of Dallas’ creative community. Created by Matt Alexander and Bryan DeLuca. Located at 1517 Main St. right across the street from The Joule Hotel. Thursday’s hours are 5pm to 8pm. Friday is 12pm to 7pm and 2pm to 7pm Saturday. Hope to see your smiling faces there.
I know it’s been a while, but I finally have a new crocheted cat in the shop. Meet Becky, the blue kitty with lovely purple and green stripes. Click here to be whisked away to my etsy shop where you can see more photos of cute kitty Becky. Enjoy.
My crocheted critters and prints are currently visiting the Prairie Creek Branch Library, another fabulous branch of the Dallas Public Library, and will be there until the end of September. As enter the library you will find them on the left side of the hallway in a big display case.
Mike and I are power users and supporters of the Dallas Public Library system so I am pleased to share my work with their patrons. This is the third branch my critters have visited and they hope to visit more in the future.
You can visit my etsy shop to learn about my critters and prints. Enjoy.
I’ve been working on a custom dog for my favorite customer. I love creating critters for her. Do you want a custom critter of your very own? Click here.
