I needed a laugh and the Dallas Observer blog Unfair Park provided it this morning. Kitty wigs. The creator/inventor is from the Dallas area. Where else? Here’s the blog post. I think this is the craziest thing I’ve seen in a while or I’m just in the mood to laugh after crying for so many days. I followed this link on Unfair Park  to Cute Overload which I frequently visit when I need a smile. Can’t be depressed or in a bad mood after a visit there.

So do you think any cat you know would go for this? I can’t imagine mine even letting me near them with this wig in my hands. They’d run and hide. The dogs would probably want to kill it. Depending on my mood, I would let them, that would be funny to see. Except they cost $50 and that’s a lot of cash for a dog toy!

As my late grandfather who was born and raised in the former Yugoslavia would say in his thick Serbian accent when presented with another new contraption: “Jesus-christ-what-they-think-of-next?” all in one breath as one word. So that is how I’ll end this post, jesuschristwhattheythinkofnext?

yes, I laugh just trying to imagine one of my cats in any of these wigs. I might have to photoshop it just to see if its as goofy looking as I imagine.
