cats rule

There’s a new contest over at Etsy. They are going to print some posters based on a select few chosen Treasuries. If you’ve not explored Etsy and the world of Treasuries, let me explain. They have 222 Treasury spots available, although the number can be greater but don’t ask me to explain why. Users grab an open spot and get to play curator, picking 12 items that they wish to display and 4 alternatives in case one of the chosen pieces sell. Many of the Treasuries are thematic. Treasury crafting is an art itself. Some people switch their treasuries out frequently independent of sales.

Treasury creating is very popular. Due to the contest interest, its difficult sometimes just to view them. Don’t be discouraged if you click on one of these links and it says you can’t connect. Try again. It usually only takes a few tries.

Its usually pretty hard to grab a spot, I really have never tried, I don’t have the time to burn. But for this contest they (Jared the Flash god) created an application that lets you create a “Treasury” for entering the contest, but not one of the coveted 222 actual Treasuries. Sort of a play Treasury. So I played. I created Cats Rule. Here’s the pieces and links for you to peruse. So many cool cats for sale, why do I have so little money???
