Blooming

Well spring is sprouting and buds are starting to bloom around these parts. I got a big surprise some weeks back when I noticed that an aloe plant outdoors that I pretty much ignore has decided to get my attention by blooming. What a nice surprise. With such pretty showy blooming going on looks like I won’t be ignoring this aloe anymore. I received this aloe years ago from a friend who didn’t know what it was, just that it grew big and was cool looking. I think it is an aloe saponaria, soap aloe. Doesn’t matter what it is, it will be ignored no more. If you click on the pics you will see more photos of this aloe plant in all it’s glory. Enjoy.
